Shree Peetha Nilaya is the name given to Swamiji’s Ashram, which is Bhakti Marga’s main international centre located in the beautiful German countryside of the Taunus region in Frankfurt, Germany.. Shree Peetha Nilaya, actually means ‘home of the Divine Mother’. This is a place where people of all nationalities can exchange, share and experience continuous transformation irrespective of their background, culture and beliefs.
What can you do at the Centre?
Swamiji has provided many different practices that allow us to discover the Divine Love within ourselves. All of these activities take place on a regular basis at the Centre. Throughout the year, people can attend a range of courses in a range of the activities.
Selfless Service
Community life at Shree Peetha Nilaya is based on ‘Seva’ which means dedicating each and every action as a spiritual offering to the Divine, without expecting anything in return (Selfless Service). All guests are encouraged to participate in Seva during their stay. It purifies the heart and mind and helps one to become more humble, realising the Divine Love in everything and everybody.
Spiritual Practices
Community morning prayers in the temple and chapel take place before breakfast. Temple prayers take place again each evening. There are daily Atma Kriya Yoga and OM Healing sessions. There are also specific meditation spaces, where people can meditate at any time.
Art
Painting is an active meditation in which we connect with the Saints and Deities from our hearts and in the stillness of the mind. Art has become one of the main devotional practices of Bhakti Marga. Courses include: icon painting seminars, Bhakti saints workshops, and basic drawings & painting courses.
Music
Music is the easiest way to express one’s Love for the Divine. Bhakti Marga has many talented musicians that support Swamiji during events. The music is influenced by traditional Indian kirtans, as well as Western devotional music. The musicians are always happy to perform at events outside of the Centre, as well as to give a variety of vocal and instrumental courses internationally.
Puja
Pujas are Hindu ceremonial prayers symbolising an offering of ourselves to the Divine. Bhakti Marga runs a number of different puja workshops that one can attend such as: a simple puja course, abishekam course or a in depth yagna course.

There is extensive woodland around the Centre where you can take countryside walks. The Centre is a wonderful place for a retreat from your day to day life where you can enjoy the activities or find time for personal reflection.
